Yes, nighttime pick-up and return are available 24/7. You can start or finish the rental late at night or early in the morning — please agree the exact time with a manager in advance. Night delivery/return may include an after-hours service fee.
Yes. Long-term rentals (30+ days) come with reduced rates and monthly payments. Scheduled maintenance is on us. Ask a manager for a tailored quote.
Typically from 21 years old and 2+ years of driving. For crossovers and premium class, requirements are higher — from 25 years old. If you don’t meet age/experience, a Young Driver fee may apply.
We use a Full-to-Full policy: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If refueling before return isn’t possible, a prepaid fuel option is available.
Ensure safety, call us 24/7 and the police (102), and do not leave the scene. Take photos/videos and, if applicable, complete the European accident statement. Your liability depends on the chosen coverage (CDW/SCDW). See the Insurance section for details.
Passport, valid driving licence, and a bank card. Foreign drivers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national licence.
By Visa/Mastercard (including Apple Pay/Google Pay) or cash. The deposit is pre-authorised on the card or taken in cash and released after all charges are closed.

Yes. We can deliver to your address in the city and meet you at the airport. Pricing depends on zone and time of day. Intercity delivery is available upon request.
Yes, on prior request. Options are available for different age groups. A small extra fee may apply — check when booking.
Yes, provided cleanliness is maintained (use a carrier or cover). Extra cleaning fees may apply for heavy soiling or odours.
Free cancellation is available in advance within the stated window (usually 24–48 hours). Late cancellation or no-show may incur a fee. Date changes are possible subject to availability.
As received: roadworthy, clean, and with a full tank. Heavy soiling may require paid washing/detailing. Please check you haven’t left personal items.
Charges incurred during the rental are settled after the trip. If needed, they may be deducted from the deposit. Final settlement timing depends on data from authorities and the bank.
Foreign drivers may need an IDP in addition to their national licence (especially if it’s not in Latin script). Ukrainian residents need a national licence of the established format.
